We ship items within two business days of received payment. Items can be shipped within 24 hours if payment is received right away. We do offer combined shipping. If using Paypal, please make sure your address is correct, we will ship to the address supplied with your Paypal Payment. If you have an alternate address, please add it to your Paypal account before making you payment. 


Exchange Policy:

We understand that buying Foundation online and matching it perfectly to your skin is a challenge.  Therefore, we do offer an exchange program for our Mineral Foundations.  Simply notify us that you would like to exchange your shade and what shade you would like in return by using the contact us form on this site or email us at, and then mail back the unused portion of Foundation to:

As soon as we receive it, we will ship out your new shade.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on this product! If you are not completely satisfied with this product, return the unused portion to us within 14 days of purchase and you will be refunded your original price, minus the shipping charges. Refunds are limited to one per customer. If you simply want to exchange one foundation color for another, please contact us and we will work with you.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: If you place an order after November 1st, you will have until January 1st to return the item.  During the months of November and December, we will be under the Holiday Return Policy, not the 14 Day Policy.  The 14 Day Return Policy will resume on January 2nd.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We use USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International Mail.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.


Worldwide Orders:

Customers are responsible for customs restrictions, fees, duties, import taxes, etc. in their respective countries. If a shipment is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original price minus the shipping charges. We are not responsible for items detained in customs. Please make sure you understand your customs rules pertaining to the items you order. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any items seized by customs.
